about

The Drones Club is a rehearsal space, ping-pong hangout, recording/screenprinting studio and performance venue in Montreal.

This page is for the Recording Studio part.

The three main engineers at the Drones Club; Christian Simmons, Jackson MacIntosh and Mike Wright, have cobbled together bits and pieces of equipment in order to make recordings the way they like to, mostly for their own bands, but also periodically for others.

If you would like to record at the studio, feel free to get in touch.

Here is a partial list of bands who have recorded with us:

Astral Gunk | Attack Mode | Bad Vibrations | Christian Michael Jackson | Cold Warps | Crosss | A Death in Canada | Denial Tone / Drunk Dial | Dream Friends | Each Other | The Ether | The Famines | Gashrat | Hand Cream | The Hold | Homeshake | Kill Squares | Lantern | Louie Louie | Long Long Long | Mavo | Mauno | Monomyth | Nap Eyes | Old and Weird | Dorothea Paas | Play Guitar | Ponyboy and the Horse Girls | Quaker Parents | The Shambles | Sheer Agony | Special Noise | Tonka Puma | Tops | Towanda | UBT | Ultrathin | Un Blonde | The Wild Palms | York Redoubt
